KSVGSvgDecoder

class KSVGSvgDecoder(loggerContext: LoggerContext = AndroidLoggerContext) : ResourceDecoder<InputStream, SVG>

Decodes an SVG into its parsed SVG document form. Per-target drawables are created from the cached document by KSVGSvgDrawableTranscoder, so the requested width/height do not affect decoding and no bounds are assigned here.
